Torchlight parades are a common event at many ski resorts. Hundreds of skiers carry flares as they make there way down the mountain. This shot was taken on New Year's Eve 1999 at Alta Ski Resort in Utah. I exposed the film for over 10 minutes. I was fortunate there were so few fireworks during that span.
